aims to provide help, guidance and support to disadvantaged individuals
who are facing skill shortages, by providing employment support, training
to upskill themselves and business support. |

Rahnama's objectives are to eliminate poverty and
unemployment amongst the Asian community in Nottingham. It acts as a
catalyst with employers, statuary and government agencies to intact policy
changes & better resource allocation to eradicate disadvantages by: |
- Acting as an information and
signposting centre, as part of the training and enterprise network.
- Acting as an adult careers
advisory service, providing advice and counselling to Asian residents
and recommending specific training courses and other schemes if
necessary.
- Acting as a specialised
training and recruitment agency, helping local employers fill
vacancies and develop their staff.
- Acting as a referral point for
start-up and existing businesses.
